My story is one of courage, patience, and strength to transform.

For 17 years, Okinawa, Japan was home. It was where I built my career, developed my passion for health and fitness, and discovered just how much purpose I found in helping others become stronger—both physically and mentally.

My journey eventually led me to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with an emphasis in Health Promotion Education, along with NASM certifications in Health & Wellness Coaching and Nutrition Coaching. I am currently enrolled in the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy with aspirations of becoming National Board Certified in Health and Wellness Coaching. I used what I knew to start my journey as a Physical Education teacher where I gained confidence in adding value to my students’ lives through physical activity.

But my biggest transformation didn't come from a classroom or a gym.

It came from having the courage to leave what was familiar.

After spending most of my life in Okinawa, I made the difficult decision to leave the place I called home by spreading my wings and moving across the world to Fort Worth, Texas. I was stepping into a completely new chapter—new surroundings, new opportunities, and a version of myself I hadn't met yet.

Leaving Okinawa taught me that growth often requires you step out of your comfort zone in order to make room for the life you're meant to build. It wasn't always easy, but every challenge, uncertainty, and new beginning shaped me into who I am today.

That journey is part of the inspiration behind Miranda’s Monarch Method.

The monarch represents transformation—not because change is easy, but because transformation requires courage, patience, and strength to embrace every stage of the process.

I believe we are all capable of evolving beyond the version of ourselves we once knew.

Sometimes, you just have to be willing to spread your wings.

This is my story. This is my next chapter.

And this is the beginning of Miranda’s Monarch Method.

Hi, I’m Miranda Fino!

Faith and Family My faith is the foundation of who I am. It keeps me grounded, gives me purpose, and reminds me to trust God through every season of life. My beautiful family has been a guiding force in my faith, and I’m incredibly grateful for the love, example, and encouragement they have given me throughout my life. My faith has played a huge role in giving me the courage to step into new chapters, embrace change, and trust where God is leading me, even when I can’t see what comes next.

Fun Facts About Me!

I Love Creating I have a serious love for digital creativity. In high school, I was the Editor-in-Chief of my yearbook, and during my first teaching job, I created my school’s yearbook from the ground up. Today, that creativity shows up everywhere from web design and logos to menus, photography, and branding. Fun fact: I designed this website and took every food photo you see on it and… without using any AI!

Volleyball Was My Beginning I played competitive volleyball throughout high school and college. When I transitioned away from volleyball, I discovered a new appreciation for strength training, nutrition, and taking care of my body in a completely different way. That transition helped shape the way I view fitness today.

The Perfect Bite Before moving to Texas, I owned and operated a baking business in Okinawa, Japan called The Perfect Bite. I started as a small baking business and eventually became a wholesaler! Running that business taught me a lot about creativity, entrepreneurship, consistency, and taking an idea and turning it into something real.

Follow all of my endeavors as a business owner and creative designer!
